Cómo el Miami Serra Club creció exponencialmente

El Serra Club de Miami experimentó recientemente un aumento récord en la membresía gracias a esfuerzos concertados y muy intencionales con su campaña de membresía. El Club pasó de 9 miembros a 130 en cuestión de meses y Serrans, quien facilitó la campaña, dijo que una conexión personal es clave.

Aquí hay cinco elementos clave para una campaña de membresía exitosa, según los miembros de Miami Serra Club:

  1. Tenga un sacerdote detrás de usted con la campaña de membresía. Conseguir que el párroco se sume para anunciar el club y animar a la afiliación es de gran ayuda. Pídale que haga anuncios en la misa para buscar a los serranos para obtener más información.
  2. Hazlo desde la base, con las botas en el suelo. Tener una mesa fuera de la parroquia en cada misa en un fin de semana determinado genera impulso.
  3. ¡La conexión personal es clave! Las interacciones personales con los feligreses les ayudan a sentirse personalmente invitados. Antes de la misa, invita a la gente a que venga a verte afuera después. Haz que se sienta como una invitación personal.
  4. ¡Mantenlo a la vieja usanza! No importa cuán avanzada sea la tecnología, dijo un serran de Miami, el toque personal de invitar a la gente es lo que realmente funciona. Haz esa conexión.
  5. ¡Sigue! Tener un plan para continuar con el impulso es clave. Reuniones en la parroquia, camisas a juego: ¡ayudar a los serranos a sentirse conectados entre sí hace que el club siga funcionando y creciendo!
